Biography
Michel Arts received his MSc degree in electrical engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology in 1992. In 1995, he received a post-MSc degree (PDEng) in information and communication technology at the same university. Since 1995, he has been working as an antenna design engineer with the Netherlands Institute for Radio Astronomy (Astron) in Dwingeloo, on several projects like Lofar (the Low-Frequency Array) and SKA (the Square Kilometer Array). His research interests include array modeling and phased-array design for radio astronomy.
