Edwin Dilling has been active in (digital) communication since he completed the postgraduate PDEng programme at Eindhoven University of Technology in 1995. He started at Philips Semiconductors as system designer of semiconductors for DVB satellite, cable and terrestrial receivers and WLAN transceivers. After four years of product marketing of optical networking ICs, he switched to system architecting for TV on mobile systems. Moving to ST-Ericsson in 2007, he lead the validation of WLAN, GPS, FM, BT and NFC combo chips, focusing on coexistence of these radios in a single chip. He joined NXP in 2014 to lead the design-in team, giving technical support to the worldwide customers of Business Line Smart Antenna Solutions, which delivers RF chips for mobile or infrastructure applications.
