Duije Deurloo received his BSc degree in telecommunications engineering at the Vlissingen university of applied sciences, the Netherlands, in 1998. He started working at the Netherlands Organization for Applied Scientific Research (TNO) in 1998 as analog electronics designer in the sensors group. In 2004 he switched to the radar technology group and specialized as a RF and microwave printed circuit board designer (up to 60 GHz) and system designer. He has designed models for radar, communications and scientific instrumentation (e.g. microwave vector switch matrix for a quantum computer). He also has experience as system architect/technical project manager of RF and microwave systems from DC to 20 GHz.
