Biography

Domine Leenaerts received the PhD degree in electrical engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology (TUE), the Netherlands, in 1992. After positions at UC Berkeley, USA, and EPLF, Switzerland, he joined Philips Research Laboratories, Eindhoven, in 1999. In 2006, he moved to NXP Semiconductors, where he is a fellow.  He leads the innovation for the business line Smart Antenna Solutions and is a part-time professor at the TUE. His research focus covers RF IC design for mobile and infrastructure applications and BiCMOS development. He has published over 250 papers in scientific and technical journals and conference proceedings and holds over 30 US patents.
